W5 Goal Progress – off the mat

I feel thankfulness for this course,  because now I make my life more selective, I mean I  began to pay attention to what I real want to do and how my body responds for this.

I try to do my life more mindfulness and try not to deceive yourself ( thats not simple!) and take a 5 breath before reacting.

Now in Moscow is so unpleasant weather: mainly cloudy, cold and slushy. The meditation and practice of thanks was really help me to smile everyday.

Namaste!

The week 5 reflection

So, I have a regular practice min 2 times at week for 1,5 hours in yoga studio. My practice  becoming too deeper and fulness,  I directing my attention to what happened in my body. Now is not easy time for my body activity, because I have a problem with my health, actually with my breath ( I have a asthma). And this is some annoyance moment in my practice, because my practice and my pranayama violated by priests of cough.  Now I started taking my medicament and I  hope in the near future I was felling myself ОК and my practice will return to the relaxation )

The Off Switch

Yesterday when I was at the drawing class, I was painting and do a mistake in my draft. A t this poin tI felt very irritated and voices in my head said me: ” you did not get anything” -and I was felt a bit of panic and stress. A few minutes later I was check my self-sensitivity and have a breath and direct my attention to the moment. I saw around the smiling teacher and good people and my panic was decreased and I felt myself good.

Week 4 reflection

My on-mat yoga practice became more consciousness. When I do assanas I was direction all my attention to what happened now with my body, where I feel pain or unpleasant sensations and direction my breath to this point and at this week I have the first shavasana when my mind was real relaxing! Its good point for me.

As for my off-mat practice : I direct more attention to my breathing and my everyday habits. I think about what I want now and what is important to me. I try to be grateful and look with a smile to tomorrow 🙂

ashtanga experience

On this week  I was been in Israel and  have a real inspiring experience! My friend invite me to ashtanga yoga class. Its been good ( but real hardness!) practice, the teacher was an authentic Indian man who teaches yoga for many years. All the hookup of vinyasons occurred through a “jumping” on hands – just for me its difficulty but may be if I will practice yoga often I can do this 🙂

Reflecting my Goal (3 weeks)

When i set my first goal i think I can do yoga ( min 15 minutes) everyday but in fact, I have a very busy schedule of life. When I missed yoga practice I started to get angry with myself – its not look like a well-done life:)

Now I think I need a change my goal. Now it is:

  • mindfulness and sense of good myself
  • 2 full yoga practice at the week
  • 5 full breath everyday and ask myself how I feel right now
  • everyday meditation
  • optional: if I have energy or time to hourly on mat practice – its will be great! 🙂

Three week with yogamooc

It’s have been 3 weeks of the corse and now I can said  – this is a real good experience for me. I was surprised amount of information. I do not have time to looked optional readings but I hope I catch up 🙂 I liked a meditation ( I real like 5 sense meditation) and I how topics are builting.  New and real interesting  for me was the topic about eudomonia – thanks for this!

In regard to on mat practice: i liked to explained in detail poses , this is not new for me but every teacher have his own look to mat yoga practice.  Some asanas seemed to me difficult for beginners.

let’s continue! )
